Black Noddy
This is a traditional Bavarian Schwarzbier beer style with a deep color and smooth rich flavor.
Orange Blossom
Inspired
by the rich fragrance of blossoming orange groves. This copper colored
ale combines the flavor and aroma of real orange tree flowers with a
well balance full flavored ale to produce a real treat for the senses.
Tule Duck Red Ale
Deep red robust ale combines a silky smooth rich body with a fruity caramel malt flavor and soft herbal dry hopped finish.

Seabright Amber Ale
Full bodies and deep copper-red in color, our amber ale has a rich malty
aroma and flavor with an assertive hop character. Approx. 5% alc/vol.
Pelican Pale Ale
A
smooth, medium-bodied, golden pale ale with a delicately balanced hop
bitterness. Popular year �round. Approx. 5% alc/vol.
The Blur
This beer is a traditional filtered Pacific Northwest India Pale Ale.
Although golden in color, this is not a light beer. With more than 60
bitterness units it�s got a bite to it, but is well balanced by the
sweetness of a 7.4% alcohol by volume brew. This a is a very aggressive
tasting beer. Approx. 7.4% alc/vol.

Hefeweizen
The Sudwerk Hefeweizen is a truly authentic, unfiltered Bavarian style
wheat beer. The unique top fermenting (Ale) yeast remains in the beer
producing a distinctive aroma and flavor profile. Hefeweizen has been
the top-seller so far this year, in part because it is a favorite during
the summer-time months.
Helles Lager
A rich golden lager, complex and artfully balanced, reminiscent of
Bavaria's most popular style - the Munchener Helles or the "Munich Light
Lager." This beer is simply known as the "House Lager" at Sudwerk.
Pilsner
Light in color, yet robust in character. Brewed with
two row pale malt, Hallertau and Tettnang hops of the highest caliber.
This style is a delicate balance between subtle crispy malt tones and an
elegant bitterness with a fragrant aroma of hops.
Marzen
An amber lager crafted with a blend of 5 specialty malts and the finest
Bavarian hops. A rich, full-bodied malt character and a long lingering
finish. Reminiscent of beers produced by Munich's breweries for annual
Oktoberfest celebrations.
